About Us

Founded by Angeliki Parasyraki (BA/MA in Engineering, MSc in Disaster Management and Sustainable Development), EOS Humanitarian and Development Consulting was built on nearly two decades of frontline experience across humanitarian crises, recovery, and development contexts. EOS was established to bridge the gap between strategy and implementation by providing practical, ethical, and locally grounded consulting services in fragile and rapidly changing environments.

Over the years, EOS has developed strong partnerships with NGOs, UN agencies, donors, civil society organizations, private sector actors, startups, and academic institutions, bringing together diverse expertise and perspectives. Guided by transparency, accountability, professionalism, and respect for local leadership and partners, EOS delivers evidence-based, inclusive, and context-driven solutions aligned with the priorities of partners and communities.

testimonials

“For several years, Angeliki Parasyraki (EOS Consulting) has been an invaluable consultant to Malteser International across multiple countries, thematic areas, and strategic processes. Since 2020, she has supported both Malteser International and their partner organizations with exceptional professionalism - beginning with a mid‑term evaluation and continuing with extensive capacity strengthening, the development of monitoring and evaluation systems, HDP Nexus work, internal evaluations, and hands-on training for our and partner teams.

Angeliki combines strong technical expertise in humanitarian and development programming with remarkable diplomacy, clarity, and strategic thinking. Her communication - both written and verbal - is consistently precise, balanced, and highly constructive, even when navigating challenging or sensitive topics. Over the years, she has taken on diverse assignments for our Lebanon, Türkiye/Syria, Myanmar, Thailand and Ukraine portfolios, always delivering to a consistently high standard.

We value Angeliki for her reliability, her deep contextual understanding, and her ability to translate complex programmatic and compliance requirements into practical solutions. Her work has repeatedly strengthened our teams, our partners, and our program design. I would gladly work with Angeliki again in any similar capacity and recommend her wholeheartedly as a highly competent and trusted consultant.”

Theresa Tesan, Malteser International HQ

“Angeliki Parasyraki supported Action Against Hunger South Caucasus Mission as an external evaluator for the EU-funded project “Building Resilience and Local Responsibility in Local Communities of Abkhazia (ENPARD IV)” and the ADA-funded project “Improving Local Governance through Inclusive Development Approaches”. Throughout her assignments, she conducted evaluations across different locations of Georgia, demonstrating a high level of professionalism, flexibility, awareness of conflict sensitivities and contextual understanding.

Angeliki applied solid evaluation methodologies, ensured meaningful stakeholder engagement, and delivered clear, analytical, and practical findings and recommendations. Her work was consistently of high quality and contributed to strengthening learning and accountability processes within the projects.

We highly appreciated her collaborative approach, reliability, and technical expertise, and we would gladly work with her again in the future.”
